BBC DMI failure

The failure of the BBC’s DMI programme is a prime example of why it is so important for senior IT management to insist on having fully engaged, committed and responsible business stakeholders. If that isn’t happening then the programme manager / CTO needs to put the programme on hold until the right people are involved from the business.
